Covid 19 Guidelines
Thank you to everyone who has supported us whilst we have been unable to open our doors once again, we are both touched and incredibly grateful. We are very excited to be open again and have many measures in place to make your shopping experience with us as safe as possible.
There will be a limit of two customers in each department at any one time to ensure that a 2m social distance can be achieved and hand sanitiser will be provided at the entrance for all customers to use. Please be considerate of others whilst in store by respecting the 2m distance and sanitising your hands on entering. On arrival at the store please notify a member of staff as to which department you wish to visit and they will advise you as to whether it is safe to enter.
Our changing rooms are open and a full cleaning protocol has been implemented.
We will be offering a 'bra fit by eye' service allowing us to provide the service we are renowned for. We can help customers to find the perfect fit whilst maintaining a distance, this will be achieved using our wealth of knowledge and experience. All staff members will wear face coverings to perform this service and we ask that you also do so (these can be provided). Although making an appointment is not necessary if you would like to do so please call 01600712804 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Temporary changes to our returns policy - for the short term we will be offering full refunds on non-sale items if returned within 14 days of purchase. Our usual returns policy stands on sale items - no returns unless the item proves to be faulty (this does not affect your statutory rights). Any returned items will be steamed and quarantined for 24 hours.
We are still operating our telephone ordering system and now as well as posting orders out we can offer call and collect - items can be ordered and paid for over the phone then collected from the store during our opening hours.
