History of Harts
Harts have been on the high street in Monmouth for five decades. It is a family affair, as it was started by Barbara and Carol in 1972 and has since been joined by a third generation with Carrie.
Over successive years we like to think that we have added to the retail scene in Monmouth and enriched the lives of many local ladies.
